The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the Corporate Membership has been modified. The previous corporate membership was not conducive to today’s business and did not offer a competitive product. The new Corporate Membership is set up as follows:

Initiation Fee: $2500.00

One membership per corporation.

Each corporation may purchase up to four membership cards. Each card will cost the corporation $100 per month and does not include any food credit.

The corporation has the discretion to allow any employee or person otherwise engaged in business practices with the corporation to use the membership card. The corporation is responsible for the cards.

A replacement fee will be charged if a card is lost.

The corporation applying for membership must provide Mid Carolina with proof of corporate status and existing business.

All existing corporate members will be “grandfathered” in under the previous rates if they choose to stay with their existing plan. However, they may switch to the new plan and will then be subject to the new rates.
